This past week, GBH Studio in Chicago hosted the Penrose Brewery Launch with a day-time industry session and an evening session for fans who've been anticipating this brewery's arrival for nearly a year. It was a celebratory atmosphere, and I was able to meet countless bar owners, distributors, and craft beer drinkers for the first time. And of course, we crushed on some P2 Belgian Pales, Proto Gradus Belgian Singles, and Navette Belgian Black Ales together. GBH Studio is a magical place.
