Depending on who you ask, the amount of time it takes someone to form a new habit could take anywhere from three weeks to eight months. But we’re in that timeframe right now.

For some beer buyers, the actions they’ve been taking during stay-at-home orders are likely to stick, and now’s the time to take advantage of that. Portland, Oregon’s Great Notion Brewing sped up the launch of an app that uses push notifications to alert users of beer releases and allows them to order for pickup and delivery with a minimum order of $100. The brewery’s website is also now dedicated to pushing the app, with a scrolling ad on their homepage.
