Into the Wild —Food Truck Beer Dinner

Enjoy a four course dinner prepared within the confines of a classic Austin food truck and paired alongside wild & sour ales from New Belgium. On top of that, you’ll hear songs and stories of the wild from a true Texas wild one – Tony Drewry and his band, Shotgun Friday. Each course will be presented by Chef Justin Bruce Turner and New Belgium Blender, Lauren Limbach.


Food Truck Pairing Menu:
Welcome pour: New Belgium Le Terrior w/ commemorative Into the Wild glass to keep

First Course:
Flemish roasted root salad, Beet, potato, celeriac, watercress, mustard vinaigrette
Paired with New Belgium Recursive – Blueberry and Plum Dark Sour

Second Course:
Frikandellen (pronounced free-kan-dell-en) Crispy sausage, tomato jam, shallot aioli, onion blossoms
Paired with New Belgium Err on the Side of Awesome – Dark Sour Blended with Kriek (The Rare Barrel collab)

Third Course:
Stoverij and stoemp (pronounced stover-ay and stump) Beer braised beef, warm potato salad
Paired with New Belgium Southern Vine Sour – Golden Sour with Scuppernong Grapes

Fourth Course:
Milk & honey mousse, pistachio, speculoos cookie butter, caramel candy
Paired with New Belgium L’amour en Cage – Golden Sour with Golden Gooseberries
