Explore going Into The Wild with the art of smoking, fermentation, and innovation as they collide at Central Smoke, Ba Bar’s sister eatery. Join us for a COMPLIMENTARY Happy Hour at the Texas style smoke-house BBQ, with Pan-Pacific influence for a Sour Beer and Cocktail collaboration. Lauren Limbach, Master Sour Blender of New Belgium teams up with Tyler Moore, CS Beverage Director who specializes in all things fermented and carbonated cocktails to demo a sour beer cocktail. Alongside the demo, enjoy CS staples like brisket, ribs, and collard greens, or try our smoked pickled oysters, papaya salad with tea smoked chicken, or grilled eggplant, all complimentary for attendees. Complimentary Happy Hour that features New Belgium Sour Beers & Central Smoke Cocktails and curated appetizers will run from 4pm-5pm on Thursday 2/21.
