Kevin Lemp started 4 Hands Brewing Co. in St. Louis in 2011 after a career on the wine and beer sales side.
The brewery is known for a variety of hits, like their Chocolate Milk Stout, War Hammer Double IPA, and Prussia Berliner-style weisse, and a recent surge in barrel-aged beers, from sours, to bourbon, to wine aged and fruited beers.
Kevin will be bringing a variety of rare releases (some not publicly available for awhile yet) for free tastings and talk about their process for producing the kettle sour beer, and their overall approach to brewing.
