Good Beer Hunting

b-Roll no. 85

The Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago had a beautiful agrarian genesis when it was populated by farmers who would load up their wagons and set out for downtown Chicago for the markets. A little bit of that spirit returns with Baker Miller moving in near Western and Wilson off the Brown Line stop. This duo, Dave and Meghan, are sourcing, milling, and baking their own grain from scratch, turning it into unbelievable savory hand pies, grits, and sourdough bread.

When you walk in the door, huge sacks of grain line the walls, like so many breweries.
