The Midwest may have its urban coyotes, but there's a certain un-tamed quality to the flora of Los Angeles that shows up in small corners all around town. Right in the Arts District, near Angel City Brewery, a host of wild, jungle-like plants spill out from alley ways and construction sites, seemingly grown overnight. It gives one the sense that even a place like LA, hardly the picture of an lush landscape, is a constantly maintained existence.
