Tait Forman was the proprietor of now closed Bibo Ergo Sum in Los Angeles, a TOTC Regional Top 10 Cocktail bar in Los Angeles. A Los Angeles native, Tait is passionate about the noble pursuit of making each moment of every day just a little better through a good drink. He was also named the Good Beer Hunting Irish Coffee King of Chicago in 2019.
