Kiki Aranita

Kiki Aranita is a chef and food writer. After closing her Philadelphia restaurant in 2020 due to the pandemic, she started producing recipes for publication and switched gears to food writing and sauce entrepreneurship. She primarily writes for The Guardian, Food and Wine and San Pellegrino’s Fine Dining Lovers. She was nominated for a James Beard media award in 2022 and won the MFK Fisher Prize (Les Dames d’Escoffier) in 2023.
