Dave Riddile
Dave is a co-founder of Here Today Brewery & Kitchen, a Seattle waterfront brewpub that opened in late 2022. A transplant from Fort Worth, Texas, Dave is adamantly opposed to iceberg lettuce, sensible bedtimes, and folks who don’t eat cheese for non-medical reasons (don’t trust ‘em). He’s a real meat-and-three and spends a lot of quality time with his goodest boy, Benny.
