Good Beer Hunting

Into the Wild Tour - Bay Area edition

Join us and our friends at New Belgium as we go Into the Wild across the Bay Area. The third stop in our six city tour, we’ve set out to blur the lines between sour fermentation within beer and food—exploring the sour and wild beer New Belgium produces. You’ll find us celebrating all things fermented, dried, aged, cured, and raw. Consider this your chance to truly explore the outer limits of food and beer pairing with three once-in-a-lifetime experiences at some of the Bay Area’s best restaurants and bars.

Wednesday, June 5th at City Beer Store enjoy a guided sour tasting with New Belgium’s Wood Cellar Blender and Sensory Scientist Lauren Limbach. This intimate sensory experience will give you an in-depth look at how to taste without bias. (Get Tickets)

Our Collab Dinner at State Bird Provisions on June 6th (which has two media spots remaining!) and will feature Michelin and James Beard awarded cuisine paired with New Belgium and Rare Barrel beers, including their new collaboration “Err on the Side of Awesome”.

To cap our trip around the Bay Area we’re throwing a release party at Prizefighter in Oakland, celebrating the release of Issue No. 2 of the “Into the Wild” zine and the New Belgium / The Rare Barrel’s collaboration beer, complete with sour beer cocktails and spontaneous Mezcal alongside tasty food.
