Kevin's ciders are regarded as some of the most exquisite in the world. They're all natural fermentation, slow maturation ciders from a variety of French, English, and American heirloom apples grown on his family farm in Salem, Oregon, which has been in the family since the Oregon Trail days.
E.Z. Orchards makes ciders that find commonality in the resurgence of American wild ale producers and natural wines, sharing in their love of terror, delicacy, and complexity.
