Tim is meeting up with the tour in his home market of Denver, Colorado (Oskar Blues is just north in Longmont) and then rejoining the journey at its final destination in Mills River, North Carolina. His Beer Camp collaboration is the CANfusion Rye Bock with a spicy rye and tangy wheat flavors, and a bright citrusy hop aroma.
What I’m most excited about
It’s an incredible time to see some familiar faces. It’s been awhile since we were all together, and it’s great to play host after all the generosity from Sierra Nevada. And I’m excited about getting to Mills River — we’ve been through a similar challenge with Oskar Blue in North Carolina. We get to see and experience a new neighbor and have a little extra fun.
What this tour represents for craft beer
Collaboration exhibits the community in craft beer. As we reach the next level, collaborating, pulling resources together is key, and new flavors, expanding and innovating. This illustrates that more than anything else I’ve ever seen.
