With so much amazing beer available and places to drink it, everyone is developing their own way of filtering down the options. For some, it's local-first, or maybe independence, or maybe it's about flavor, rarity, and what's new. Whatever your algorithm, it's personal. And we're all so lucky to live in such a privileged context as we do in 2017.
Increasingly, the people I want to be drinking with are the deciding factor.
In the future, I imagine landing in London again and having someone ask, "Where do you want to go? What do you want to drink?"
And I imagine my answer being, "Where's Mauritz working these days?"
