Good Beer Hunting

Over the summer, Bristol's Left Handed Giant Brewing Company transitioned from contract brewers to a facility of their own. The journey, as is often the case with these sort of things, wasn't always smooth. This photo was taken when the warehouse had been ripped out and the preparation of the brewery build had just begun. It was a space with promising beginnings and a blueprint, but not much else. While the brewery that exists there now is beautiful (and you'll be reading more about it on GBH soon), it's easy to forget all the necessary, everyday, sometimes-slow-moving details that make up the thriving businesses in this industry.
