Belgian homebrewer Bert Pauwels likes Alvinne so much he tattooed the brewery's logo on his wrist.
Based in the small village of Moen in West Flanders, Alvinne is an innovative brewery known for its creative recipes, its wood fermentation and flavor development, and its own cultivated yeast strain—the dramatically named Morpheus.
"A is now taken by Alvinne," Bert says. "I'm getting an alphabet of Belgian breweries on my body.”
