We love this image Chef Patrick Sheerin from Trenchermen in Chicago, captured during the Drinking Up the Flag dinner Wednesday night. Like a renaissance-era king in the the midst of a royal edict, Pat paired his menu with local casks, joining historian Liz Garibay and illustrator Phil Thompson in the Chicago Flag series honoring the city's eating and drinking history through the iconic flag.
