Last year, chef Cleetus Friedman took over the kitchen at Fountainhead, one of the country's best beer bars located on Chicago's far north side. He's done an incredible job of bring some creativity and consistency to the menu. And this year, he started spreading his wings even further — revamping the menu at Bar on Buena, a neighborhood bar owned by the same crew. Friedman took this menu in a "La Cantinia" direction — and the roasted chicken posole is a stand-out.
