Join us for a record listening party + beer tasting in celebration of the upcoming release of Sewingneedle's debut LP, Vote of No Confidence. The record will have a companion in Spiteful Brewing's Vote of No Confidence Double IPA–available as a limited-release 16-ounce tallboy. The collaboration was spearheaded by Calvin Fredrickson, a Spiteful employee and member of Sewingneedle, who, like many, enjoys pounding beer at concerts. Attendees will be privy to first listen of the record and first taste of the companion double IPA, which will be packaged the morning of 5/26. Them freshies.

Vote of No Confidence, a double IPA brewed with Mosaic hops, will be served alongside other Spiteful mainstays, including Alley Time Pale Ale and Spiteful IPA–all available for free sampling. Snacks will also be provided.
The artwork for the album, created by illustrator Andrew R. Wright will be on display, in addition to an event-only riso print poster numbered to 50. Readers of our site may recognize Wright's previous collaborations with GBH, like Hunter/Gatherer, Perfect Pint, and Deus Ex Machina. Already Dead Tapes & Records and Aerial Ballet Records, who are releasing Vote of No Confidence on tape and vinyl respectively, will also be present. Both labels will have recent releases available for purchase.
