Blammo. Uppers & Downers was a huge success in Chicago this year. In the cold and the snow, nearly 600 people came out on a Sunday afternoon to take a deep dive into coffee, and coffee beers — many of which were made exclusively for the event and featured unprecedented styles like saison, berlinerwiesse, ciders, and barleywine.
