I feel so fortunate to work with start-up breweries in their earliest days. Often, I capture a simple photo along the way that looking back, I know will somehow reflect the spirit of the place that's still to come. I suspect this will be one of those images.
In Raleigh, North Carolina, we're working on a concept that's very connected to the community — combining the forces of a successful entrepreneur, restauranteur, engineer, biologist, and of course, a brewer. But above all that — there's a self-reflection and humility with this crew that's uncommon.
