Last night, GBH's Kyle Fletcher attended one of our team's most anticipated Chicago Craft Beer Week events with Lakeshore Beverage, pairing beers with dishes from Rickshaw Republic. The menu was diverse, delicious, and completely comforting. This one was a stand out — a Cembol (iced green jelly, coconut milk, indonesian palm sugar) paired with a classic Bell's Porter for dessert. According to Kyle, "it tasted like cereal milk with tapioca - not at all how it looked."
