One of the best beer dinners in recent memory — Surly, Solemn Oath, and Three Floyds collided at Farmhouse in Chicago with Chef de cuisine Trevor Fleming and Sous chef Emily Kraszyk. So many Indiana and Minnesota crew members made the trip for this one. 

Surprise of the night? Surly Fest Lager paired with a hibiscus and melon salad. It shouldn't have worked.
