Beer helped build the pyramids. Then it took a 5,000 year side-road through the underbelly of civilization, being associated with life's vices instead of its virtues. Now it's showing up in our biggest cultural institutions again. The Field Museum's new bistro concept featured locally produced food and beverage, including a house Czech-style Pilsner named Tooth & Claw made by Off Color Brewing right here in Chicago.
